Bejec® Vet Injection

Vitamin B-Complex and Amino Acids

Description:
Thiamine Hydrochloride: Thiamine HCl plays a key role in intracellular glucose metabolism and it is thought that thiamine inhibits the effect of glucose and insulin on arterial smooth muscle cell proliferation. Also plays an important role in helping the body convert carbohydrates and fat into energy. It is essential for normal growth and development and helps to maintain proper functioning of the heart and the nervous and digestive systems. Thiamine cannot be stored in the body; however, once absorbed, the vitamin is concentrated in muscle tissue.
Riboflavin 5- Phosphate Sodium: Helps in metabolism of carbohydrate, fat and protein. Helps in biological oxidation and reductions. Decreases congenital defects and fat metabolism. Also useful in mineral utilization.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: It helps in the metabolism of amino acids and glycogen, the synthesis of nucleic acids, hemogloblin, sphingomyelin and other sphingolipids, and the synthesis of the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
Nicotinamide: Its primary significance is in the prevention and/or cure of black tongue and pellagra. Most animals cannot manufacture this compound in amounts sufficient to prevent nutritional deficiency and it therefore must be supplemented through dietary intake.
Cal-D-Pantothenate: It is incorporated into co-enzyme A and protects cells against per oxidative damage by increasing the level of glutathione.
Cyanocobalamin: Helps in methionine systhesis and L-methylmalonyl co-ezyme mutase.
