MODE OF ACTION
Calcium Propionate: Effectively alleviate negative energy balance and hypocalcemia of dairy cows. Regulates rumen development. Source of both calcium and energy can be hydrolyzed into Ca2+ and propionic acid in the rumen.
Methionine: Antioxidant. Detoxify harmful substances in the body, such as heavy metals. Prevent liver damage from acetaminophen poisoning.
Gentian: Used for digestion problems such as loss of appetite, fullness, intestinal gas, diarrhea, gastritis, heartburn, and vomiting.
Ginger: Used for digestion problems such as loss of appetite, fullness, intestinal gas, diarrhea, gastritis, heartburn, and vomiting.
Cobalt Gluconate: Essential trace mineral for ruminant animals. Helps in energy metabolism of both the rumen microbes and the host ruminant animal. Optimize digestion efficiency in the rumen, energy metabolism in the liver. Helps in Synthesis of vitamin B12.
Vitamin B6: Increases rumen or intestinal symbiosis. Increases rumen microflora growth. Increases feed efficiency.
Silicon Dioxide: Acts as antifoaming agent, grinding aid. Increases the fertility of cows. Reduce Mycotoxins. Increases digestibility in rumen.
INDICATION
Gastric and metabolic disorders in Cattle, Buffalo, Sheep and Goat:
- Adjuvant treatment of hypoglycemic states (Acidosis, Ketosis, Pregnancy toxemia).
- Overweight and sluggish rumen of the animals.
- Anorexia due to sudden dietary changes.
- Intoxications/poisoning (due to excess silage, urea intake).
- Supportive treatment of traumatic reticulitis.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Route of administration: For oral administration only
Treatment:
Cattle, Buffalo : 125 gm twice daily for 3-5 days.
Calf : 60 gm twice daily for 3-5 days.
Sheep, Goat : 30 gm once daily for 2-3 days.
Prevention: 30-60gm once daily for 3-5 days.
Or, as per direction of Registered Veterinarian.
CONTRAINDICATION
Gaspro Vet Powder should not be used in animals hypersensitive to any of the active ingredients.
