COMPOSITION

Each 5 ml Zifort Vet contains zinc sulfate monohydrate which equivalent to 10 mg elemental zinc.

MODE OF ACTION

The importance of trace mineral is related to productivity & prevention of deficiency symptoms. As a trace mineral, zinc is a component of many enzymes such as carbonic anhydrase, alcohol dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, DNA/RNA polymerase etc, which affects metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and nucleic acid. Zinc is a component of thymosin, a hormone, which regulates cell mediated immunity. It also affects luteal function. Normal growth and repair are dependent on adequate zinc. Zinc is related intimately to the process of cell division.

INDICATION

Zifort Vet Solution is essential.

Livestock : Remove loss of appetite & promote the growth & healthy bone structure. Also use as supporting medicine in diarrhoea treatment.

Poultry : Promote & increase healthy bone structure, modulate body weight, enhance egg quality & productivity, increase disease prevention ability & use as supporting medicine in diarrhoea treatment.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Route of administration: For oral administration with drinking water for 2-3 days.

For livestock:

Adult livestock : 50-100 ml, daily for 5-7 days.

Young livestock : 25-50 ml, daily for 5-7 days.

For poultry:

Prevention : 2ml Zifort Vet in 1 litre water given for 5-7 days.

Treatment : 3ml Zifort Vet mixed with one litre water & given for 5-7 days.

Or, as per direction of Registered Veterinarian.
